To ensure your renovation stays on schedule, we follow a strict project management system. Below is our 9-step home remodeling process to guide you from your initial design consultation up to the start of construction:

Visit the site to review conditions, discuss goals and offer ideas. Free 30 minute consultation!

Enter into a Development Agreement.

Present drawings, including 3D renderings of the job, floor plan that includes electrical, plumbing (if any) along with written scope and pricing.

Make changes as required by you (if any), adjust price if needed.

Enter into contract, finalize plans, apply for permit, etc.

Make selections of all items needed for the remodel.

Schedule production.

Hold pre-construction conference.
