These averages are a compilation of numbers from various publications such as Qualified Remodeler, Kitchen and Bath Business, and Green Building along with surveys conducted in the Tampa Bay area.
MINOR BATH REMODEL (UPGRADE)
New tile floor only, vanity with sink, faucet and top, toilet, plumbing fixtures, paint. No wall removal/addition, fixture relocation, tub to shower conversion or other major changes. (Add $5,000 to each range number for bathrooms over 65 SF)

MAJOR BATH REMODEL
Moving walls, adding/relocating fixtures, removing plaster/drywall down to studs, converting tub to shower, complete shower re-do, new vanity, granite tops, sink, faucet, painting, new shower valve and trim, toilet, added lighting and exhaust fan, new wall and floor tile, shower glass enclosure, adjacent walk-in closet.
