These averages are a compilation of numbers from various publications such as Qualified Remodeler, Kitchen and Bath Business, and Green Building along with surveys conducted in the Tampa Bay area.
MAJOR BATH REMODEL
Moving walls, adding/relocating fixtures, removing plaster/drywall down to studs, converting tub to shower, complete shower re-do, new vanity, granite tops, sink, faucet, painting, new shower valve and trim, toilet, added lighting and exhaust fan, new wall and floor tile, shower glass enclosure, adjacent walk-in closet.
