HOME ELEVATION PROCESS

Transforming and protecting your house starts with the very first conversation. Too often, home elevation projects get completely off track because contractors jump in without a real strategy, letting unrealistic schedules compromise safety and engineering standards.

We do things differently to protect your home. By following a strict, step-by-step system, we keep your project moving smoothly from day one. Below is our proven 9-step home elevation process, guiding you safely from engineering and permitting to the final structural lift:

1
Visit the site to review conditions, discuss goals and offer ideas. Free 30 minute consultation.
2
Enter into a Project Development Agreement – This stage includes on-site measurements, photos, possible site visit with architect and/or engineer. Based on the approved bottom level design and notes we have taken from our prior discussions with you about your finishes, we will write a Scope of Work. From all of that, we are now able to develop accurate costs for the job. The development fee is based on what we see when we visit the site (and the size of the project) and will range from as little as $1,000 to $5,000.
3
Present drawings, including 3D renderings of the job, bottom floor plan that includes electrical, along with written scope and pricing.
4
Make changes as required by you (if any), adjust price if needed.
5
Enter into contract, finalize plans, apply for permit, etc.
6
Make selections of all items needed.
7
Schedule production.
8
Hold pre-construction conference.
9
Start the job!

Please let us know if you would like to schedule a time to meet us at your site!
